Privacy Policy

This site does not use analytics, tracking, or any third-party script that collects data about your visit. No cookies are set for tracking purposes.

The only personal data involved anywhere on this site is:

• Appointment request details — your name, phone number, preferred date and time, and the treatment you’re interested in, if you fill in our booking form.

When you submit the booking form, your browser prepares a WhatsApp message pre-filled with the details you entered, and opens WhatsApp on your own device. Nothing is sent anywhere at that point — you then review and send that message yourself, from your own WhatsApp account, to our clinic’s WhatsApp number.

We do not receive, store, or transmit your form details through any server or database of our own — there isn’t one. If you don’t hit send in WhatsApp, we never see what you typed. Once you do send it, it becomes an ordinary WhatsApp message in our business inbox, and from that point on it’s handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy, not ours.

The details in a booking message are used solely to confirm and prepare for your visit — we don’t use them for anything else, and we don’t collect anything beyond what you choose to type into that form.

Once you send your booking message, it’s visible to The Roots Dentistry in our WhatsApp inbox, the same as any message you’d send us directly. We don’t share, sell, or rent this information to anyone. No third-party analytics or advertising provider has access to anything on this site.

We don’t store your form details on any server of ours, so there’s no retention period to describe on our end. Once sent, your message exists as a WhatsApp conversation between your account and our clinic’s WhatsApp number, kept for as long as that conversation remains in either party’s WhatsApp app — governed by WhatsApp’s own retention practices, not ours.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Ask us to delete your data, where we’re not required to keep it
